- For maximum protection, the Amish use a finishing process with two coats of catalyzed varnish top coat which provides the finest finish in the industry. They also hand sand for a warm satin-smooth glow on all wood pieces.
- We provide oak, maple, cherry, birch, knotty alder and hickory wood species to choose from. Each wood is available in a wide variety of stains and styles.
- As well as offering stained wood species, we can also offer painted cabinets.
- Hand crafted – all cabinets are 100 % wood. The Amish will not use
substandard particle or MDF wood anywhere in the cabinets. - Each Piece is 100 % custom made to your specifications. Specialty or specially sized cabinets can be added without being penalized with upcharges. Create the kitchen you want with custom widths, depths and heights.
- The Amish use mortise tenon construction process on the cabinet joints for durability.
- Each drawer comes standard with solid dovetail construction and top of the line heavy duty drawer slides. We also offer standard or full extension slides as well as undermounted guides.
- We offer a wide variety of stains, styles and options such as glass doors, pull-out trays, tray stackers, cutting boards, sink tilt-outs, pull-out wastebaskets and pull-out spice racks.
- Various sizes of matching crown molding are available and matching toe kick molding is always included in each order.
